Most Rev. Father Rouville M. Fisher, MDiv., began his studies for the holy priesthood at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida from August, 1994 until May, 1997.   Father Fisher's early discernment began with the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Thomas in the U. S. Virgin Islands. In November, 1996, while studying at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary, Father Fisher transferred from the Diocese of St. Thomas to the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine, St. Augustine, Florida.   The following year, he was assigned to St. Patrick's (Roman Catholic) Parish in Gainesville, Florida, and the Cathedral Basilica (Roman Catholic) Parish in St. Augustine, Florida, for his pastoral year.  During the Summer of 2000, Father Fisher was assigned to Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida to complete his Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).From August, 2000 until May, 2002, the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine assigned Father Fisher to Sacred Heart School of Theology in Hales Corners, Wisconsin, where he earned a Masters of Divinity and graduated "Cum Laude."  On May 14, 2001, Father Fisher was ordained to the Order of Deacon by Bishop John S. Snyder, DD.  Following graduation from Sacred Heart School of Theology, Father Fisher was ordained to the Roman Catholic Priesthood on May, 18, 2002 by Bishop Victor Galeone, DD, the Roman Catholic Bishop of St. Augustine.  Father Fisher was assigned as Parochial Vicar to Christ The King (Roman Catholic) Parish in Jacksonville, Florida from June, 2002 to June, 2004.   In June, 2004, Father Fisher served as Parochial Vicar at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (Roman Catholic) Parish until June 13, 2005. 

On August 28, 2006, Father Fisher married Teresa Ann Cerreta, and began his transition to the Old Catholic Church of North America.  After a two year discernment, Father Fisher was incardinated into the Diocese of St. Michael the Archangel of the Old Catholic Church of North America by the Most Reverend Paul Combs, DD., OSM on June 23, 2007. On February 15, 2009, Father Fisher was was elevated to the Episcopacy and installed as the new Bishop for the Diocese of St. Michael the Archangel. today known as the Diocese of Florida.  In 2010 (after the departure of Presiding Bishop Ted Smith) Most Reverend Rouville M. Fisher accepted the Presiding Bishop’s position.  Currently, he also is the Pastor in residence for Incarnation Independent Catholic Church, which is located in Palm Coast, Florida   

​Mrs. Teresa Fisher has been living in Flagler County for 25 years, she has two boys - Steve and Peter Frank. She is a graduate of Elizabeth Seton College, Yonkers New York with an Associates degree in Humanities and is a graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston MA., where she earned a BS Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in the field of Gerontology. In junior college, at Elizabeth Seton College, she assisted the campus minister in developing the Campus Ministry Program. She has been self employed as a geriatric consultant for 25 years and is also currently the coordinator of the Flagler Medical Reserve Corps. While in Flagler County, she also was a CCD teacher at her local church. She remains very excited to assist her husband as he continues his ministry serving Catholics in the Central Florida area. Prior to Father Roe's vocation to the Roman priesthood: he was married to Louise B. Kennedy (Deceased + 01/02/10).  By this marriage, he has a son Michael and a daughter Christal. He also has a handsome grandson named Niles, who he  adores and cherishes with all his heart.
